By creating an account on, or buying from, mathspiremt.com (“MathspireMT”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to them on your behalf.
1. Your account
- Each account is for one person only. Do not share your login with anyone.
- Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- We may suspend an account that shows signs of sharing or misuse.
2. Courses and access
- Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use its content for your own study.
- The access period for each course is stated on its course page. Unless stated otherwise, access lasts until the end of the exam session the course is designed for.
- We may update or improve course content during your access period.
3. Using the content
All notes, question banks, worksheets, assessment papers and videos on MathspireMT are original material owned by MathspireMT and protected by copyright. You may not:
- copy, share, sell, upload or distribute any content, in full or in part;
- record, download or screen-capture videos or notes to share with others;
- remove or hide the watermark on downloaded files;
- use the content to teach or coach others for payment.
Downloaded worksheets and papers carry the buyer’s name and email. If a copy is found shared publicly, we may suspend the account without refund.
4. Payments
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details.
- Refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. No affiliation with exam boards
MathspireMT is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the International Baccalaureate (IB), Cambridge International Education or any other exam board. Syllabus names are used only to describe which courses our material is written for.
6. No guarantee of results
Our material is designed to support your learning, but exam results depend on many factors. We do not guarantee any particular grade or score.
7. Acceptable behaviour
Be respectful in any messages, comments or live sessions. We may remove content or suspend accounts that are abusive, misleading or harmful.
8. Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, MathspireMT is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction over Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
