This policy explains what personal information MathspireMT (“we”, “us”) collects through mathspiremt.com, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
1. Information we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password when you create an account or buy a course.
- Contact details: your phone number, only if you choose to give it.
- Order details: what you bought, when, and the amount paid.
- Learning activity: lessons viewed, quiz attempts and course progress.
- Technical information: browser type, device and IP address, collected automatically for security and to keep the site working.
We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay, under its own privacy policy.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and give you access to the courses you buy.
- To process payments, send receipts and handle refunds.
- To place your name and email on downloaded worksheets and papers, so each copy is traceable to its buyer.
- To reply to your questions and send important updates about your courses.
- To send occasional news about new resources, only if you have agreed; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the site secure and prevent misuse, such as account sharing.
3. Students under 18
Many of our students are under 18. A parent or guardian should create the account or give consent before a student under 18 registers or buys a course. We collect only the information needed to provide the course.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site, such as our web host, payment processor (Razorpay) and video host, and only as needed for them to provide their service. We may also disclose information if required by law.
5. Cookies
The site uses cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. You can block cookies in your browser, but some parts of the site, such as logging in, may then not work.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep your account information while your account is active, and order records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
